Xclusive Entertainment provides premium entertainment, party experiences and eye-catching event attractions for private parties, weddings, corporate events, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, festivals, schools, shopping centres and large public events.
What entertainment do you provide?
Our entertainment range includes LED Glowbots, Mirror Men, themed mirror characters, foam parties, inflatable party tents, photo booth experiences, LED numbers and letters, sequin walls, 360 booths, seasonal entertainment, walkabout performers and much more.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in West Yorkshire but regularly travel throughout the UK. Nationwide bookings are welcome, with travel charges calculated depending on the location and requirements of the event.
What types of events can you attend?
We cater for birthdays, weddings, engagements, corporate events, Christmas parties, product launches, exhibitions, festivals, school events, nightclub events, bars, pubs, restaurants, shisha lounges, private parties and large public events.
Can you create a bespoke entertainment package?
Yes. We can combine multiple attractions into one package to suit your venue, theme, audience and budget. Tell us what you're planning and we can recommend the best combination.
Do you cater for adult parties and nightlife events?
Absolutely. A major part of Xclusive Entertainment is creating high-energy experiences for adult celebrations, bars, clubs and nightlife venues. Popular options include Glowbots, Mirror Men, foam parties, UV entertainment, party tents and photo experiences.
What are your LED Glowbots?
Our LED Glowbots are large illuminated walkabout performers designed to make an instant impact. They work brilliantly at nightclubs, weddings, Christmas light switch-ons, corporate events, festivals and private parties.
What are Mirror Men?
Mirror Men are striking walkabout performers covered in reflective mirrored pieces. They are ideal for weddings, corporate events, nightclubs, Christmas events, VIP entrances and photo opportunities.
Can your performers interact with guests?
Yes. Most of our walkabout acts are designed to mix with guests, pose for photographs and create memorable moments throughout the event.
Do you provide foam parties?
Yes. We provide foam party experiences for private events, family events, festivals, funfairs, holiday parks, schools, clubs and nightlife venues.
Can foam parties be indoors?
Some foam events can work indoors, but the venue must be suitable and permission must be obtained from the venue. Foam, flooring, drainage and electrical equipment all need to be considered before confirming an indoor setup.
Are foam parties suitable for children?
We provide both family-friendly and adult foam experiences. The setup, entertainment and atmosphere can be tailored depending on the audience and type of event.
What is your inflatable party tent?
Our inflatable party tent allows you to create a covered party space at your venue. It can be used for birthdays, festivals, private parties, school events, nightlife experiences and special occasions.
Can the party tent be upgraded?
Yes. The tent can be combined with lighting, UV effects, smoke effects, music, speakers, DJs, Glowbots, Mirror Men, foam parties and other entertainment to create a complete experience.
Do you offer nightclub-style party packages?
Yes. We can transform venues or outdoor spaces into temporary club-style experiences using lighting, entertainment, music and visual effects.
Do you provide entertainment for weddings?
Yes. Popular wedding entertainment includes Mirror Men, LED performers, 360 photo booths, LED numbers and letters, photo experiences and evening entertainment.
Do you provide photo booths?
Yes. We offer photo and video experiences including 360 booths and other interactive photo options. Availability varies depending on the date and package selected.
Can you provide LED numbers or letters?
Yes. Large illuminated numbers and letters are available for birthdays, weddings, engagements, anniversaries and corporate events.
Do you provide corporate entertainment?
Yes. Our visual entertainment works particularly well at exhibitions, launches, hospitality events, awards evenings, Christmas parties and brand activations.
Can you provide entertainment for Christmas events?
Yes. Christmas is one of our busiest periods. Entertainment can include Mirror Men, Glowbots, Grinch appearances, Christmas inflatables, snow-style experiences, photo opportunities and themed event packages.
Do you provide entertainment for Halloween?
Yes. Selected characters, performers, effects and party experiences can be adapted for Halloween and spooky-themed events.
How do I secure my booking?
A booking is only secured once the required deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued. Dates are offered subject to availability.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable because your date, equipment and performers are reserved specifically for your event.
When is the final balance due?
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the remaining balance is normally due 7 days before your event.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking and how close the cancellation is to the event date. Deposits are non-refundable and additional amounts may become payable depending on the stage of the booking.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor entertainment is always subject to safe operating conditions. Strong winds, heavy rain or unsafe conditions can affect certain equipment and performers. We recommend having an indoor or covered backup plan where possible.
Can your entertainment be used indoors?
Yes. Many of our acts are ideal for indoor venues. Some performers and equipment require minimum ceiling heights, floor space or specific access, so venue details may be requested in advance.
Do you need electricity?
Some attractions require mains electricity, while others are self-contained. We will confirm the power requirements for your booking before the event.
Do you provide music and speakers?
Music and speaker systems can be included with selected packages. DJs and additional production can also be arranged depending on the type of event.
Can I book more than one attraction?
Yes. In fact, combining entertainment often creates the biggest impact. Glowbots, Mirror Men, party tents, foam, lighting and photo experiences can all be combined into larger packages.
Can you provide entertainment throughout an entire event?
Yes. For larger events we can create a programme of timed appearances, performers and attractions rather than providing one single act.
How long do performers appear for?
Performance times vary depending on the costume and type of act. Many large or specialist performers work in timed sets with breaks between appearances.
Do you provide entertainment for schools?
Yes. We provide selected entertainment and seasonal experiences for schools, including Christmas parties, foam parties, inflatables, photo experiences and end-of-term celebrations.
Do you work with pubs, clubs, restaurants and hospitality venues?
Yes. We actively work with hospitality venues looking to create themed nights, promotional events, party nights and seasonal experiences.
Can your entertainment help promote my venue or event?
Our acts are highly visual and designed to encourage photographs, videos and social media content. They can be especially effective for launches, promotional nights and events where creating attention is important.
Do you provide risk assessments and insurance documentation?
Relevant safety documentation can be supplied where required. Certain venues, councils and corporate clients may request documentation before the event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for Saturdays, Christmas, Halloween, school holidays and major event weekends.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to availability. If you have a last-minute event, contact us and we will tell you which performers and equipment are still available.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your event date, location or postcode, event type, approximate timings, expected number of guests and the entertainment you're interested in. We can then recommend the best option and provide an accurate quote.
